A culturally grounded, strengths-based programme that supports employees to shift from surviving to thriving by reconnecting with their core strengths and values. Delivered through interactive workshops, it fosters resilience and wellbeing, leading to improved engagement, productivity, and a more positive workplace culture.
Time: Flexible delivery across six 2-hour sessions
Investment: From $9,500, dependant on organisation and group size
Integrative mental and emotional health assessment
A practical approach to emotional wellbeing, delivered in individual or group settings. This process helps participants identify and resolve underlying emotional patterns that contribute to stress, burnout, and unhelpful behaviours. By addressing these root causes, it supports improved focus, healthier habits, and more sustainable performance at work. Programmes can begin with a one-off individual session or be delivered over several weeks or months through group workshops.
Time: From 60-minutes
Investment: From $480 (individual) - $750 (60-minute group workshop)
Individual mindset change programme
A personalised, evidence-based programme combining movement,
nutrition, and practical tools to support mental wellbeing. Delivered over
6, 8, or 12 weeks, it includes weekly support from a health coach and a
tailored action plan to maintain progress beyond the programme.
Time: 50-minute sessions over 6 to 12 weeks | Investment: From $800
Team Challenges
We work with you to co-design a 4 to 12-week challenge or programme that fosters team connection and wellbeing, with a focus on lifestyle, movement, and/or nutrition. The package includes tools and expert guidance to motivate and educate your team.
Investment: From $1,200 for up to 12 people
