The Exercise Clinic

Our Exercise Clinic  is a safe, inclusive space where movement meets manaaki. We welcome people of all backgrounds, abilities, and health journeys. From those managing long-term conditions to those returning from injury, navigating stress, or simply wanting to move more with confidence.


At the heart of the clinic is our team of Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologists. Allied health professionals trained in the prescription of exercise for prevention, rehabilitation, and chronic health management. We work with people recovering from cardiac events, living with long-term conditions like diabetes or arthritis, returning to movement after illness or surgery, or simply wanting expert support to exercise safely and effectively. You’ll be guided by experts who understand your body, your health needs, and how to support your goals safely and effectively.


But more than that, our clinic is built on connection. It's a place where encouragement, camaraderie, and laughter are part of the healing. Every session is backed by science, delivered with care, and supported by the ever watchful eye of our team, who are there to guide, adapt, and cheer you on every step of the way.

Exercise Clinic Membership

Our Exercise Clinic Membership provides access to supervised and monitored exercise with a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist. You can work through your own personalised programme or join a small group session tailored to your needs and goals.

Membership options include casual passes or ongoing weekly rates. Offering flexibility to suit your schedule, health needs, and budget. Ideal for building consistency, confidence, and connection in a supportive environment.

For those requiring high levels of monitoring and supervision, we may recommend you start with one to one guided sessions before you are comfortable to move about the clinic with less support. 


Casual rate: starts at $25 per session*

Weekly rate: starts from $34 per week*


*Price is dependent on the level of supervision required.


One-on-One Training

Work one on one with a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in a fully personalised session designed around your health, performance, or rehabilitation goals. Whether you're building strength, improving mobility, fine-tuning technique, or managing a specific condition, you’ll be supported with expert guidance, close supervision, and plenty of encouragement.


Duration: 60minutes

Investment: $95 or $80 per session (when attending 2x per week)

Movement, Balance & Mobility Analysis

A focused assessment of your movement patterns, balance, and joint mobility. Helps identify asymmetries, restrictions, or areas of weakness — often used to guide safe return to activity, reduce fall risk, or improve function in daily life. We can also use this assessment as a way of assessing progress throughout your programme.


Duration: 50 minutes

Investment: $120


Pilates

Targeted movement to support posture, core strength, mobility, and breathing. Our Pilates sessions are adapted for your needs and can be a powerful tool for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Join our certified Pilates instructor Madi for a one to one or small group session. (Group classes currently run on Tuesdays and Thursday 6.15am)


Duration:  60 minutes  

Investment:  $95 one-on one or $20 for group class
