Women are not small men! Strange thing to say, but most of the research is used to give health recommendations come from studies that used men as participants.
Sex differences exist from birth, and as science progresses it is clear that generalised exercise and nutrition guidelines don’t work well for women. Sex differences in physiology and hormonal shifts throughout the lifespan affect a woman’s response to exercise and nutrition. Have you always tried hard to look after yourself but never felt like you have really achieved full wellness? Are you a female athlete who struggles with the hormone, exercise and nutrition mix? Women’s Health Assessment
Our Woman’s Health assessment is for women who are interested in improving body composition, energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing by utilising the science of nutrition and exercise.
If you are:
- Tired of your exercise and nutrition plan not producing the results you want
- Seeking help navigating peri-menopause and the changes your body undergoes
- Seeking science-based practice to get you through pregnancy and post-partum as an active, fit mum
- An athlete suffering from gut distress, poor performance, and weight gain
- Suffering from gut dysfunction (bloating, cravings, poor energy and sleep)
then the Woman’s Health assessment is a good place to start
The assessment takes 45 minutes and is a conversation about you and what your goals are. We have a number of tools that we use within this conversation, which may include dietary tracking and habits, hormone profiles and blood results, sleep quality, and readiness for change scales.
We will talk with you about an action plan, based on the results of our conversation.

Programmes
12-week comprehensive programme for women
12-week comprehensive programme for women
Your programme is a combination of individualised exercise, specific nutrition and a focus on where you are in your lifespan. We usually recommend that you attend the clinic 3 days per week for 12-weeks for exercise and included in the programme are specific input from various members of our team covering things such as technique, intensity, recovery and sleep nutrition habits.
The cost of the programme is between $65-$150 per week and is dependent on the structure of that programme which will be co-designed with you.
